Bruce Cole

It all started in a hospital in New York... and quickly went downhill from there! At the age of 18, after living in New York for all of his young life, Bruce "Rock & Roll" Cole found himself in North Carolina. Driving through a small town, he heard one of the worst radio announcers in America on the local station.

"Even I could do better than that!" he said. He walked in and applied for a job.

"Can you read?" asked the station manager. "Why, yes, I can," said Rock & Roll, and by the next day, he was on the air, playing the hits.

With stints in Greensboro, Atlanta, and Chicago, Bruce finally has his dream job -- cooking on the hit burner known as The Mighty 92.  Following in the footsteps of Milwaukee's greatest personalities, including Bob Barry, Carl Como, Sam Hale, Robert L. Collins, Johnny Dark, Barney Pip, Dick Sloane, and Jack McCoy, is a daunting task, but Bruce was recently overheard saying, "If Gregory Jon can do it..." Bruce is married to Maureen, and they have three daughters: Kelsey, Aleta, and Madeleine.
